Brandon Unthank | Diving Head Coach | unthanbe@gmail.com | more details | |
Brandon (‘04) has been coaching the sport of diving for 20+ years. He has been with the program through the entirety of his coaching career, spending two years as an assistant and the latter years as the head coach, since graduation from OHHS. Coaching divers of all ages, elementary through Masters, he has managed many different teams throughout his career. Many of his divers have gone on to win conference championships, state championships, national championships and even NCAA Championships, amongst many other incredible personal and team accomplishments.
Brandon graduated from the University of Cincinnati (GO BEARCATS!) in 2012, with a degree in middle school education. He currently works in the OHLSD at Rapid Run Middle School, working in their EBD unit. He has been working full time at RRMS since early 2018. When not coaching or teaching, Brandon likes to spend time with his three boys. He likes to volunteer his time coaching his children’s sports; baseball, soccer, football, diving (of course!) and more! They love to spend time exploring amusement parks, national parks, camping and any fun that they can find outdoors. When not off on adventures, Brandon and his boys enjoy a night in, where they enjoy eating pizza and playing games. |
