- B.A. in English Secondary Education from Eastern Kentucky University where I was Kappa Alpha Theta and on the Dancing Colonels
- M.A. in Literacy from the University of Cincinnati and currently working on my plus 30 through the Ohio Writing Project at Miami University

- Currently reside in Harrison, OH
- Married to my husband, Dan for 13 years
- Have two amazing daughters...11-year-old, Madison & almost 7-year-old, Brooklyn
